PHOENIX, AZ, JULY 31, 2009 – In celebration of the third annual City of Phoenix “Stress Free Day,” the experts at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture (PIHMA) will offer $10 acupuncture services for the ear, one of the most effective spots on the body to help combat what many consider America’s most overlooked epidemic -- stress.

Stress, a constant factor in the lives of many, can manifest itself in a variety of ways, both physically and mentally.
